Seafood is supplied from North Africa, South-East Asia and South America: Tunisian lobsters, red kinds of fish from Latin America, gourmet cheeses from Serbia, New Zealand, Tunisia. Live crab is delivered from Murmansk and from the Far East, oysters and scallops – from the Kuril Islands and Sakhalin.
